The work in motion — what's chartered, and what's most urgent next.

In a nutshell

Projects are shaped work that has left the engine and been put on a track by the Tech Board. Each is a working document — its scope, track, and status change as the work matures.

Right now the Project Charter holds one chartered zone project, Den Migration. The developments most urgent behind it are the build-outs of the Lounge, the Range, and the Kitchen — envisioned and pressing, but not yet chartered. As they mature through the loop, they surface here.
