Vision

Vision is the forward reach of purpose. Purpose says why the enclave exists; vision says what it is becoming when the work is done — the north star the queue and the engine are in service of.

The six purposes aren’t six projects. They’re one thing seen from six sides: a blueprint anyone can deploy, a career ecosystem that carries a person from first contact to real work, a place to network and a place to do the work, a way to leave with something to show, and a digital dwelling that is yours. At full strength they converge on a single claim the project has aimed at from the start: to become the first real employer a person can point to.

None of that is load-bearing yet. This page states the destination; the rest of this section states how the enclave gets there, and shows how far it has come.
