Forgejo

Forgejo is the free community forge — the Climb’s own repository, on the Outpost. Its public-read projects are the source of truth and the work exemplars that certified members review as an ordinary web service. It is distinct from the secret-bearing production forge (GitLab) in the Kitchen: vetted code flows one way, free → Kitchen, and secrets never reach Forgejo.

It authenticates on the Commons side (LDAP-Beta) and runs its CI through Forgejo Actions. The whole Climb stack is selected but not yet stood up.
