Monica

Monica is the Den’s personal CRM — a record of relationships rather than sales: who matters, when you last spoke, what was said. It runs as a Docker container on the Den’s Engine (Zone 1).

Monica logs calls but does not place them. Calls made through the system are placed and recorded by the Gateway’s telephony (FreePBX / Asterisk); the enclave’s automation then writes each call, and a link to its recording, into Monica as a relationship entry. Monica holds the record; the PBX is the phone.
