Docker

Docker is the container runtime on the Den’s Engine VPS — the Workshop. The Engine’s services — identity, file sync, automation, CRM, finance, tasks, calendar, dashboard, credentials — each run as a Docker container, on Ubuntu Server, with no hypervisor beneath them.

This is the Den’s deliberate simplicity: where the Manor and Annex layer services inside Proxmox, and the Outpost inside Incus, the Den runs containers directly on the OS. The Gateway VPS, by contrast, runs its services natively — no Docker — because a mail and telephony front door is better kept simple and direct.
