Tailscale

Tailscale is the private mesh — the encrypted overlay network that lets the enclave’s nodes reach one another directly, wherever they physically sit, without exposing services to the open internet.

It is what makes the enclave one network rather than four scattered machines. The Den, the Manor, the Annex, and the Outpost are joined over the mesh; services that should never be public are reachable only across it.
