Uptime Kuma

Uptime Kuma is the external watchdog — the monitor that sits outside the enclave and checks, from the outside in, whether services are actually reachable. Internal observability — Grafana, Wazuh, Loki, Matomo — sees the enclave from within; Uptime Kuma sees it the way the world does.
