Matomo

Matomo is the enclave’s web analytics — self-hosted, so the visitor data never leaves the enclave the way it would with a third-party tracker. It measures how the public-facing services are actually used.

It sits in the Basement (Zone 0) alongside the rest of the observability stack. It is the odd member of the four — analytics rather than operations — but it shares their home and their purpose: seeing clearly.
