Proxmox Cluster
The Manor runs Proxmox VE across three nodes joined into a single high-availability cluster. Proxmox is the enclave’s baseline hypervisor — open-source, Debian-based, built to slice a host into virtual machines and containers. Clustered, the three nodes act as one: if a node fails, the rooms it was running restart on the survivors, because each carries enough spare capacity to absorb the others.
This is the framing for anything that must not go down — business identity, internal automation, the records that can’t be lost. State replicates between nodes on a short interval, so a failover loses minutes, not hours. The cadence and the per-node specifics are in the Hardware Manifest.
