Hetzner carries most of the enclave. Its cloud tier runs the Den — the two machines that hold sovereign-life services — while dedicated and auction-sourced hosts stand behind the Manor cluster, the Annex, and the Outpost. A private Hetzner network joins the owned boxes, and attached network storage adds bulk capacity where it’s needed.

The mix is deliberate: steady cloud capacity where uptime matters most, dedicated hardware where raw compute and memory matter, and auction machines where the price-to-power ratio wins and the workload can tolerate older silicon. Exact models, specs, and costs live in the Hardware Manifest.
