Where the work happens

The office zone
The office: planning and meeting, in one place.

The office is shared grounds — the first room most people actually work in. It is where the enclave keeps its books, runs its projects, and holds its meetings, all without handing any of that to an outside platform.

ERPNext anchors the room: accounting, inventory, projects, and the day-to-day record of what the group is doing and owes. Jitsi sits beside it for the face-to-face part — video meetings that run on the enclave’s own machines rather than someone else’s servers.

Unlike the owner-only floors, the office is meant to be busy. People come here to get things done together, and the room is built to hold that traffic — structured enough to keep the work organized, open enough that everyone in the enclave can take part.

It is the proof, in daily use, that running your own tools need not mean working alone.
