Contractor — you prove, we recruit
Path: TBD — a role, not an engage door; likely under the Real-Identity Workplace.
Most of Opplet runs on pseudonymous, volunteer effort. Some of it is paid, real-name work under contract — the Real-Identity Workplace, where confidential and commercial work gets done.
You don’t apply, and you don’t sign up. You’re recruited — selected from the people whose work on the Range has already shown what they can do. In the driving comparison, this is the open road: you reach it once you’ve proven yourself off it.
Pay and terms aren’t set here. Money is the Tech Board’s to decide — the Economic Group funds, the Board allocates — so each engagement is contracted on its own terms. What this page offers is the path, not a number.
Real name, real stakes, real pay — earned, recruited, never guaranteed. The way here is the climb: commit, learn how Opplet runs, prove it on the Range. Recruitment finds you from there.
