Economic Group
The Economic Group is the nonprofit that owns the substrate — it holds legal title to the infrastructure and is the ultimate constitutional authority. It appoints and removes Custodians at its pleasure, and its decisions cannot be vetoed.
It funds the platform and the methodology through the Tech Board, but funding is not editorial control: paying the hosting bill buys no say over what the community decides or says.
