Every participant enters at one door — registration mints a callsign, and that is the only public flow that creates an identity. No public flow creates a real-identity.

The Real-Identity Workplace is reached only by recruiting a proven volunteer into accountable work. Every operator, worker, and Tech Board member began at that one door — there is no external hiring.
