The Ladders

Each working zone is run by an operator ladder, L1 to L4 — an exception-escalation ladder, where the machine governs routine promotion and humans hold the exceptions.

Crossing from member into operating a zone happens at one of four Gate 2s — one per zone, each owned by that zone’s own senior operators. The ladders live entirely inside the Commons: they stay pseudonymous and confer no real-identity. An operator administers the apps themselves; this is distinct from an organizer, whose rights are scoped only to the community spaces they own.
