Work
How the work gets done — the paid and unpaid ways to take part, and the runbooks that keep it running.
In a nutshell
This is where the doing lives. Everything here sits inside two worlds — a pseudonymous public commons and a real-identity confidential workplace — described in the first panel; what identity a piece of work requires is fixed by what it touches.
Across those worlds are the ways to take part: contracts for paid project and operation work, a custodian route for those building their own sovereign enclave, and open volunteer contribution — with the runbooks documenting how the standing operations are run.
The authoritative mechanics live in the Enclave Doctrine and SOP; this is the readable map, not the rulebook.
