Contracts

Contracts are the paid route through the Real-Identity Workplace. Two shapes run here, and the difference is deliberate: projects are finite — a defined scope with an end and a deliverable — while operations are periodic, renewing term by term rather than completing.

Pay and terms are the Tech Board’s to set; each engagement is contracted on its own terms. You reach contract work by proving yourself on public work first — the record built in proving is what the Workplace recruits from — and what’s currently open is tracked on the contract docket.

(Stub — expand: how projects and operations are scoped, how the docket surfaces open work, the recruitment path.)

If reading this made you want to argue with it, extend it, or notice what's missing, that's the signal to show up.
